Ordered a specialised hot walk balance bike for my granddaughters birthday, easy to use website, great communication with an in depth email when it was dispatched, very fast dispatch and delivery. Love the bike, thanks so very much.

Ordered two items, one came quickly the other was the old classic of cancelling the order with no notification. If they had let me know I could have reordered the item, which I needed quickly, from somewhere else. The note in the 1st delivery said 2nd item will be with you ASAP. Their definition of ASAP must be different to mine: Another Sadly Abject Performance?

Great communication, fantastic customer service and delivered on time. I would 100% recommend this company for purchasing high quality bicycles. We bought a lovely Trek Marlin 6 for our 11 year old.

Brilliant service

Excellent service yet again. I ordered a pair of gloves, that were too small. The returns procedure was very easy (using the 'Inpost' facility), and the replacement gloves arrived within a few days. Great communication from Leisure Lakes Bikes.

So far I couldn't be happier. There was a slight problem with the standard tyres for the build, the mechanic was kind enough to call me twice to confirm that I was ok with alternate tyres - which I think are better anyway - then the bike was built & despatched in two days. Courier delivery of a bike bought on-line is never perfect but that is not that is not the fault of the seller.

Great service from Leisure Lakes. Prompt delivery of items that I ordered. The only criticism I have is that I did not receive tracking information for either of my two orders, but they were helpful and responsive to my phone calls.

Late . I’ll think twice before ordering from leisure Lakes again . Bad as it gets . Called twice and was assured it would be delivered shortly and the staff member told me he would call
Me back . It never happened . Next enq the operator told me it will be on an express delivery . Again this didn’t happen . Very poor customer service

Top service as always, bike delivered earlier than expected and was all spot on and ready to go.
